Huge game by Mork boosts Holy Family Catholic over Waconia, 9-4Victoria Sat, Feb 09, 2013 Max Mork had four goals and one assist to lead the Holy Family Catholic Fire to a 9-4 victory over the Waconia Wildcats. Mork's first goal came 16:31 into the first period. He then added goals at 2:09 into the second, at 9:25 into the second, and at 11:27 into the second.Holy Family Catholic pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 32 penalty minutes. The Fire stifled Waconia's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Holy Family Catholic found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. This season, the Fire average 5.1 goals per contest. Holy Family Catholic put 42 shots on net during the contest, more than the 2.9 it averages per game. Holy Family Catholic additionally got points from Shane Gersich, who also finished with one goal and one assist, Jonh Peterson, who also racked up one goal and two assists, and Joey Marooney, who also grabbed one goal and two assists. Holy Family Catholic also got a goal from Matt Anderson as well.
