Peterson nets hat trick, leads Holy Family Catholic to 13-2 win over Litchfield/Dassel-CokatoVictoria Sat, Feb 16, 2013 Jonh Peterson lifted the Holy Family Catholic Fire to a 13-2 victory with a hat trick against the Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato Dragons. Peterson got on the scoresheet 7:58 into the first period. He then added goals at 15:58 into the first and at 10:30 into the second.Holy Family Catholic scored early and often, and held a 6-1 advantage after the first 20 minutes of play. The Fire bested their season scoring average. Holy Family Catholic averages 5.4 goals per game. The Fire took advantage of Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato's penalties, tallying two goals off of three power play opportunities. The defensemen of Holy Family Catholic were also effective in the Dragons' zone, and came away with two goals.
