Delano/Rockford downs St.Louis Park, 5-0

Eric Ylitalo registered one point to lead the Delano/Rockford Tigers to a 5-0 victory over the St.Louis Park Orioles.

Delano/Rockford's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three St.Louis Park power plays. The Tigers featured an improved defense during the game. Delano/Rockford averages 2.8 goals allowed per game. The Tigers' offense rang up 41 shots on St.Louis Park's net.

Delano/Rockford also had goals scored by Mike Krueger, who had two and Lars Halonen and Levi Peterson, who each put in one. More assists for Delano/Rockford came via Adam McLain, who had two and Grant Prinsen, Hunter Hart, and Brady Miller, who each chipped in one.

The Orioles allowed the opposing goalie to relax, ripping only 11 shots on goal to force 11 saves. However, St.Louis Park finished with more shots in the game than the 3.7 per game it averages. The Orioles stifled Delano/Rockford's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Aaron Grangroth rejected 11 shots on goal for the Tigers. Delano/Rockford incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. St.Louis Park's RYAN FROOM stopped 36 shots out of the 41 that he faced. The Orioles incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
