Michaud leads Cloquet Esko Carlton over South St.Paul, 6-3Cloquet Area Recreation Center Thu, Dec 06, 2012 Beau Michaud had one goal and two assists to lead the Cloquet Esko Carlton Lumberjacks to a 6-3 victory over the South St.Paul Packers. Michaud got on the board by slotting home a goal 6:02 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Cloquet Esko Carlton. James Newgren assisted on the tally. Michaud dished an assist on Karson Kuhlman's goal that made the score 2-0 Cloquet Esko Carlton at 14:06 into the first period. He added another helper on Newgren's goal that made the score 3-0 Cloquet Esko Carlton at 15:55 into the first period.Cloquet Esko Carlton kept South St.Paul's goalie busy throughout the game, and Grant Amelse made 35 saves on 41 shots.
