The Cloquet Esko Carlton Lumberjacks and the Grand Rapids Thunderhawks skate to 2-2 (OT) tie

Two goals from Avery Peterson and zero points from Hunter Shepard could not prevent Grand Rapids from drawing with Cloquet Esko Carlton, 2-2 (OT).

The Lumberjacks managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Cloquet Esko Carlton wound up below its season average of 7.0 penalty minutes per game. The Lumberjacks' offense operated below they season average. Cloquet Esko Carlton puts an average of 5.7 pucks into the net per game. The Lumberjacks put 42 shots on net during the contest, more than the 3.1 they average per game.
