Charlie Schuster had one point to lead the Blake School Bears to a 5-1 victory over the St. Paul Como Park Cougars.

Blake School forced St. Paul Como Park goalie Ernie Mantel to work between the pipes, taking 51 shots.

Blake School also got points from Cade Gleekel, who also tallied two goals and one assist to lead the team in points and Johnny Ferguson, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Blake School also got a goal from Mark Lyman as well. Other players who recorded assists for Blake School were Myles Cunningham, Edmund Chute, Christopher Chute, and Peter Hildreth, who contributed two a piece.

The Cougars were held below their usual level of production. St. Paul Como Park puts an average of 4.3 pucks into the net per game. The Cougars could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 16 minutes in penalties during the game.

St. Paul Como Park was led by Sawyer Scanlon, who scored the team's only goal. Scanlon scored on the power play 9:59 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Blake School. The Cougars had taken the advantage when the Bears' Chute got sent off for high sticking. Tom McCullough provided the assist.

Joe Santelli rejected 22 shots on goal for Blake School. The Bears incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Ernie Mantel made 46 saves for St. Paul Como Park on 51 shots. The Cougars registered one goal on four power play opportunities.
