McKenzie's goals lift Melbourne Blackhawks to 5-2 victory over Melbourne Red Wings

Melbourne Blackhawks relied on the scoring touch of Austin McKenzie, who netted four goals, to beat Melbourne Red Wings, 5-2.

McKenzie's first goal came 3:45 into the first period. He then added goals at 2:08 into the second, at 9:22 into the second, and at 5:38 into the third.

Melbourne Blackhawks' offense was clicking better than usual and put 26 shots on goal during the game, better than the 3.3 shots per game it averages.

Melbourne Blackhawks also got a goal from Jack Carpenter as well. In addition, Melbourne Blackhawks received assists from Timothy Evans and Cody Hickman, who each chipped in one and Huw Ohlson and Paul Lazzarotto, who contributed two a piece.
