OJHL East gutted out a close 3-2 win against QJAAAHL Burrows.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Mike Soucier secured the win for OJHL East with a goal in the second period.

OJHL East was led by Soucier, who had one goal. Soucier scored 12:59 into the second period to make the score 3-2 OJHL East. Matt Davis picked up the assist.

OJHL East kept QJAAAHL Burrows' goalie busy throughout the game, and Paul Jr. Bourbeau made 28 saves on 31 shots.

Justin Danforth also scored for OJHL East. More assists for OJHL East came via Chris Raguseo and Graham Yeo, who each chipped in one.

QJAAAHL Burrows was helped by Benjamin Lagarde, who racked up one goal. Lagarde scored on the power play 13:00 into the first period to make the score 1-1. QJAAAHL Burrows had taken the advantage when OJHL East's Soucier got sent off for roughing. QJAAAHL Burrows also got a goal from Vincent Blanchette as well.

Victor Adamo made 16 saves for OJHL East on 18 shots. OJHL East incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. QJAAAHL Burrows incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
