Brennan leads Cleveland Barons (MM) over Belle Tire (MM), 8-4

Behind a great game by Shawn Brennan, who had one goal and two assists, Cleveland Barons (MM) defeated Belle Tire (MM), 8-4.

Brennan beat Aaron Alkema with a shot 5:38 into the second period on the power play to make the score 3-2 Belle Tire (MM). Cleveland Barons (MM) earned a power play opportunity when Nate Richards was put in the box for slashing. Grant Meyer picked up the assist. Brennan dished an assist on Stuart Ilekys' goal that made the score 1-0 Cleveland Barons (MM) at 2:50 into the first period. He added another helper on Trey Bradley's goal that made the score 6-4 Cleveland Barons (MM) at 1:53 into the third period.
