Thomas Plese had two goals and one assist to lead LA Jr Kings (MM) to a 3-1 victory over Russell Stover (MM).

Plese found the back of the net on the power play 1:53 into the second period to make the score 1-0 LA Jr Kings (MM) and again while on the power play 4:15 into the third to make the score 2-1 LA Jr Kings (MM).

LA Jr Kings (MM) excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances.

LA Jr Kings (MM) also got a goal from Taylor Maruya as well. In addition, LA Jr Kings (MM) received assists from Kyle Martins, who had one and Zachary Dixon, who had two.

Russell Stover (MM) was led by Hunter Saunders, who scored the team's only goal. Saunders scored 7:55 into the second period to make the score 1-1.
