The Yellowstone Quake pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over Glacier on a clutch goal by Brandon Busse.

Yellowstone put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Glacier to score on any of its four power plays. Glacier was unable to stop the Quake from sending pucks towards the net, and Yellowstone eventually piled up 53 shots on goal.

Yellowstone also got a goal from Jimmy Tich as well. Other players who recorded assists for Yellowstone were Sam Basich, who had two and Tanner Fricke, George Splichal, Andrew Lansing, Chris Andre, and Josh Neumann, who each chipped in one.

Glacier kept the Quake's goalie busy throughout the game, and Jared Schletty made 31 saves on 34 shots.

Glacier was helped by Jordan Carter, who had one goal. Carter scored 19:38 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Yellowstone. Tanner Dodd picked up the assist. Glacier additionally got points from Sebastian Adnell, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Austin Givens, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. More assists for Glacier came via Chris Cutshall, who had one.

Yellowstone incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Tyler Huberty made 49 saves for Glacier on 53 shots. Glacier incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with 10 minors.
