Boston Advantage (MM) beats Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) 5-4 after comeback scare

Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but Boston Advantage (MM) held on for a 5-4 victory.

Boston Advantage (MM) made the score 3-1 on a goal by Joe Villari at 14:32 in the second period, and Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) got as close as 3-2 when Jesse Abarca scored 29 seconds into the third period.

Boston Advantage (MM) was paced by Colm Sheehan, who tallied one goal and one assist. Sheehan scored 8:00 into the third period to make the score 5-4 Boston Advantage (MM). Bobby Hall picked up the assist.

Boston Advantage (MM) forced Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM)'s goaltenders to work all game long, racking up 44 shots and forcing 39 saves. Breandan Colgan made 32 stops and Taylor Fazen made seven. Boston Advantage (MM) outdid its season average for goals scored. Boston Advantage (MM) averages 2.5 goals per game.
