Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) wins tough contest against Ohio Blue Jackets (MM), 4-3

The game between Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) and Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) emerged with a 4-3 win.

No lead was more than one goal during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Brian Singmaster at 4:00 of the second period.

Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) got the win thanks to a great game by Jesse Abarca, who had two goals and one assist. Abarca scored the first of his two goals at 1:00 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Eric Carreras picked up the assist. Abarca's next tally made the score 2-2 with 18:00 left in the first period. Jeffrey Beck assisted on the tally.

Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) forced Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) goalie Logan Davis to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.

Nick Master also scored for Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM). In addition, Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) received assists from Cory Daszkiewicz and Andrew Romano, who contributed one a piece.

Ohio Blue Jackets (MM)'s offense rang up 33 shots on Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM)'s net.

Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) was led by Jason Tackett, who racked up one goal and one assist. Tackett scored 3:00 into the first period to make the score 3-2 Ohio Blue Jackets (MM). Alyx Fonseca picked up the assist. Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) also got a goal from Clay Han as well. More assists for Ohio Blue Jackets (MM) came via Gianni Evangelisti, Jerad Rosburg, and Timmy Thurnau, who each chipped in one.

Breandan Colgan recorded 30 saves for Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM). Philadelphia Jr Flyers (MM) ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
