A stellar performance between the pipes by Keri Martin helped ETOBICOKE defeat CAMBRIDGE, 2-1.

CAMBRIDGE's power play was ineffective against ETOBICOKE's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

ETOBICOKE was sparked by Mackenzie Johnston, who grabbed one goal. Johnston scored 11:52 into the third period to make the score 2-1 ETOBICOKE. Nicole Atkinson picked up the assist.

ETOBICOKE excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in nine chances.

ETOBICOKE also got points from Atkinson, who also tallied one goal and one assist.

CAMBRIDGE stifled ETOBICOKE's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

CAMBRIDGE was led by Emma Davidson, who scored the team's only goal. Davidson scored 5:09 into the first period to make the score 1-0 CAMBRIDGE. Meagan Hart provided the assist.

Martin recorded 25 saves for ETOBICOKE. ETOBICOKE incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with nine minors. Julia Vandyk made 28 saves for CAMBRIDGE on 30 shots. CAMBRIDGE incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
