WHITBY pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over DURHAM WEST on a clutch goal by Hanna Bunton.

WHITBY came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. WHITBY fell behind 2-0 after a goal by DURHAM WEST's Kennedy Marchment at 22 seconds in the third period. WHITBY knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Krista Yip-Chuck at 9:25 in the third period.

Yip-Chuck had two goals and one assist to lead WHITBY. Yip-Chuck scored the first of her two goals at 9:04 into the third period to make the score 2-1 DURHAM WEST. Hailey Noronha assisted on the tally. Yip-Chuck's next tally made the score with 10:35 left in the third period. Chelsey Stevenson picked up the assist.
