St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) gutted out a close 4-2 win against Oakland Jr Grizzlies (MM).

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Brady Crabtree's goal in the second period proved to be the difference maker.

Crabtree had two goals to lead St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) to victory.

St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 38 penalty minutes.

St. Louis AAA Blues (MM)'s penalty kill managed to stymie Oakland Jr Grizzlies (MM)'s power play, giving up only one goal while playing with a man down.

St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) also got points from Bradely Johnson, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Kirk Gilleland, who also finished with one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. In addition, St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) received assists from Grant Frederic and William Scherer, who contributed one a piece.

Oakland Jr Grizzlies (MM) could not produce up to it normal offensive output. Oakland Jr Grizzlies (MM) puts an average of 5.8 pucks into the net per game. Oakland Jr Grizzlies (MM) excelled on the penalty kill, only allowing St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) to get one power play goal on 11 chances.
