The Delhi Travellers allowed the Hagersville Hawks to net six goals during the second period and fell, 11-2. Derek Medeiros was all over the ice for Hagersville, as he tallied four goals and four assists in the win. Medeiros notched his first tally 8:36 into the second period. He then added goals at 9:36 into the second, at 16:56 into the second, and at 19:35 into the third. The Hawks were often in penalty trouble, totaling 12 minors and one major for 69 minutes in penalty time. Hagersville had been averaging 26.0 minutes in penalties per game.
