Huge game by Galante boosts Thamesford over Mt.Brydges, 5-2

Fabio Galante had two goals and two assists to lead the Thamesford Trojans to a 5-2 victory over the Mt.Brydges Bulldogs.

Galante's tallies came short handed at 14:58 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Thamesford and on the power play 55 seconds into the second to make the score 3-0 Thamesford.

Thamesford pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 18 penalty minutes.

The Trojans' offense rang up 37 shots on Mt.Brydges' net.

Thamesford additionally got points from Adam Levine, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Brandyn Di Domenico, who also had one goal and one assist. Thamesford also got a goal from Brent Kipfer as well. In addition, Thamesford received assists from James Toye, who had two and Judson Couture and Dylan Black, who contributed one a piece.

The Bulldogs forced Thamesford goalie Grayson Templeman to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots. Mt.Brydges could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 48 minutes in penalties during the game.

Grayson Templeman made 33 saves for the Trojans on 35 shots. Thamesford registered three goals on 13 power play opportunities. The Bulldogs' Eric Steinman stopped 32 shots out of the 37 that he faced. Mt.Brydges registered one goal on six power play opportunities.
