In a game where neither team could get a cushion, the Lucan Irish escaped with a 4-2 victory over the North Middlesex Stars. Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Cam Bond secured the win for Lucan with a goal in the third period. The Irish's penalty kill excelled, as Lucan gave up one goal despite allowing 12 power plays. The Irish were led by Bond, who registered one goal.
