The Hagersville Hawks pulled out a 6-5 (OT) overtime victory over the Wellesley Applejacks on a clutch goal by Derek Medeiros.

Hagersville came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Hawks was down 4-2 after a goal by Wellesley's Connor McLeod at 8:59 in the second period. Hagersville knotted things up at 5-5 on a power play goal by Luke Rose at 16:28 in the third period.

Hagersville also got points from Jesse Ross, who also tallied one goal and two assists. Hagersville also got a goal from Hayden Baird as well. Other players who recorded assists for Hagersville were Eric Drehmer, who had three and Marshall Greenham and Mitch Green, who each chipped in one.
