Mt.Brydges falls to Dorchester in overtime, 4-3 (OT)

Shayne Rhyno gave the Dorchester Dolphins a 4-3 (OT) victory over the Mt.Brydges Bulldogs when he scored 3:15 into the extra period.

Dorchester was paced by Rhyno, who grabbed one goal.

The Dolphins put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Mt.Brydges to score on any of its three power plays. The Bulldogs were unable to stop Dorchester from sending pucks towards the net, and the Dolphins eventually piled up 36 shots on goal.

Dorchester also got a goal from Tyler Blue as well. In addition, Dorchester received assists from Liam Gillooly, who had two and Brett VanDusen, Chad Brulotte, and Brendon O Shaughnessy, who each chipped in one.

Mt.Brydges was led by Mike Frizzell, who racked up one goal and one assist. Frizzell scored 1:35 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Robert Mapes provided the assist. Grant Johns also scored for Mt.Brydges. More assists for Mt.Brydges came via Robert McTaggart, Mitch Rowse, and Sam MacGee, who contributed one a piece.

Dorchester's Jake Fonti stopped 24 shots out of the 27 that he faced. The Dolphins incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Alexander Markowski recorded 32 saves for the Bulldogs. Mt.Brydges incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with three minors.
