Space Coast Hurricanes blows out Palm Beach Hawks, 4-1

Space Coast Hurricanes had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-1 win over Palm Beach Hawks.

Space Coast Hurricanes was led by goalie Jeremy Laux, who finished with 28 saves while allowing one goal. Laux managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 3.22 prior to the game.

Space Coast Hurricanes' penalty kill excelled, as Space Coast Hurricanes gave up zero goals despite allowing eight power plays.

More assists for Space Coast Hurricanes came via Colby Stewart, who had one and Jamie Chilcott and Crissostomos Villarreal, who each chipped in two.

Palm Beach Hawks was led by Matthew Lindley, who scored the team's only goal. Lindley scored 1:09 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Space Coast Hurricanes.
