Shane Smith grabbed one point to lead the Uxbridge Bruins to a 3-1 victory over the Clarington Eagles.

Uxbridge stifled Clarington's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Patrick Morgan also scored for Uxbridge. In addition, Uxbridge received assists from Justin Bean, who had two and Michael Spataro, Andrew Liboiron, Steve Doutsis, and Jarett Smith, who contributed one a piece.

The Eagles were led by Blane Gaudon, who scored the team's only goal. Gaudon scored 14:23 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Jake Choiniere picked up the assist.

The Bruins incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Clarington incurred 22 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
