The Little Britain Merchants beat the Georgina Ice, 5-2.

Little Britain's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Georgina power plays. The Merchants got an offensive boost from their blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Little Britain was led by Mitch Phinney, who had two goals and one assist. Phinney scored the first of his two goals at 10:50 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Little Britain. T.J. Doran picked up the assist. Phinney's next tally made the score 4-1 Little Britain with 6:44 left in the second period. The Merchants earned a power play opportunity when Jesse Johnston was put in the box for roughing. Curtis Lee assisted on the tally. Little Britain also got points from Doran, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Chad Lindsay also scored for Little Britain.
