Garnet B. Rickard Rec Complex    Mon, Oct 08, 2012

The shootout lasted for six attempts between the teams. Clarington got a shootout goal from Greg St. James. Uxbridge also got a shootout goal from Joey Vocino.

The Eagles were unable to stop the Bruins from sending pucks towards the net, and Uxbridge eventually piled up 35 shots on goal.

The Bruins were led by Steve Doutsis, who had one goal. Doutsis scored 3:44 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Uxbridge. Mike Ramsey picked up the assist. More assists for Uxbridge came via Dylan Locke, who had one.

Clarington stifled Uxbridge's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Eagles did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Clarington puts an average of 3.3 pucks into the net per game.

The Eagles were led by Dylan Howorko, who scored the team's only goal. Howorko scored on the power play 14:40 into the second period to make the score 1-1. A hooking penalty on Matt Pollard APM had put Clarington on the power play. Brad Down provided the assist.
