Marc Williams recorded a shutout against the Waterloo Siskins as the Kitchener Dutchmen picked up a 2-0 win.

Kitchener was led by Matt Guild, who tallied one goal. Guild scored 2:34 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Kitchener. Keegan Calder picked up the assist.

The Dutchmen put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Waterloo to score on any of its three power plays.

Kitchener additionally got points from Brett Clampitt, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Kitchener were Jesse Young, who had one.

The Siskins did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Waterloo puts an average of 4.1 pucks into the net per game. The Siskins kept Kitchener's goalie busy throughout the game, and Williams made 35 saves on 35 shots.
