Behind a great game by Caleb Cameron, who had four goals and one assist, the Listowel Cyclones defeated the Brampton Bombers, 9-5.

Cameron notched his first tally 19:42 into the first period. He then added goals at 6:59 into the second, at 3:18 into the third, and at 15:40 into the third.

Listowel was often in penalty trouble, totaling 12 minors and one major for 29 minutes in penalty time. The total exceeded the 21.0 minutes per game the Cyclones had been spending in the box. Listowel made Brampton's goaltenders to work without much rest, racking up 35 shots and forcing 26 saves. Bryan Raymond made 13 stops and Erik Angeli made 13. The Cyclones outdid their season average for goals scored. This season, Listowel averages 4.0 goals per contest.

Brampton incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. The Bombers ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Allan was ejected from the game.
