Port Colborne was paced by Dima Lavrenov, who registered one goal. Lavrenov scored 56 seconds into the second period to make the score 3-1 Port Colborne. Trevor Smith assisted on the tally.

The Pirates forced Meteors' netminders to work all game long, finishing with 49 shots and forcing 42 saves. Connor Visca made 18 stops and Wyatt Pickrell made 24.
