The Strathroy Rockets pulled out a 5-4 (OT) overtime victory over the St. Thomas Stars on a clutch goal by Micheal Woolley.

Although Strathroy was up by as many as two goals in the second period, St. Thomas kept the game interesting by staging a comeback that ultimately fell short. The Stars pulled to within 4-3 on a goal by Colin Mooney at 8:12 in the third period.

The Rockets' penalty kill excelled, as Strathroy gave up one goal despite allowing six power plays.
