Jamestown rolls over Fresno, 4-0

The Jamestown Ironmen were firing on all cylinders against the Fresno Monsters, and when the final buzzer sounded Ironmen emerged with a 4-0 win.

Ross Pavek was all over the ice for Jamestown, as he tallied one goal and two assists in the win. Pavek scored on the power play 7:39 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Jamestown. The Ironmen had taken the advantage when Fresno's Gunner White got sent off for checking from behind. Tyler Dunagan provided the assist.

Jamestown featured an improved defense during the game. The Ironmen allow 2.4 goals per game. The 34 shots that Jamestown put on net surpassed the Ironmen's average of 27.0 shots per game this season.

Jamestown additionally got points from Luc Gerdes, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Jamestown also got a goal from Nicholas Sierra as well. More assists for Jamestown came via Ryan Urso, Joe Mottiqua, and Dylan Zink, who contributed one a piece.
