Behind a great game by Brandon Wahlin, who had two goals and two assists, the Austin Bruins defeated the Coulee Region Chill, 6-3.

Wahlin scored at 1:10 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Austin and again while 17:00 into the third to make the score 6-3 Austin.

Austin pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 34 penalty minutes.

The Bruins' goal total was higher than their season average. This season, Austin averages 3.9 goals per contest. The Bruins put 47 shots on net during the contest, more than the 29.7 they average per game.
