Zach Nagelvoort stood on his head and made 36 saves to lead the Soo Eagles to a 2-1 victory over the Michigan Warriors.

Soo was led by Michal Toman, who grabbed one goal. Toman scored 8:30 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Soo. Chris Waterstreet provided the assist.

The Eagles managed to stay out of the box better than usual, tallying one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Soo finished below its season average of 18.0 penalty minutes per game. With 35 shots on target during the contest, the Eagles exceeded the 28.5 shots they average per game this year.

Soo also got points from Waterstreet, who also finished with one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Other players who recorded assists for Soo were Cody Von Reuden, Alexander Taulien, and Kyle Loridon, who each chipped in one.
