The Janesville Jets pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the Coulee Region Chill on a clutch goal by Jason Ford. Janesville was led by Ford, who tallied one goal and one assist. Ford scored 13 seconds into overtime to make the score 3-2 Janesville. The Jets excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. Janesville put 26 shots on net during the contest, more than the 18.8 it averages per game. Jordan Himley also scored for Janesville. Other players who recorded assists for Janesville were Eric Cruickshank, Mike Sullivan, and Zach Avolio, who each chipped in one.
