Bismarck blows out Coulee Region, 6-1Omni Center Fri, Oct 12, 2012 Story by Narrative Science.
The Bismarck Bobcats were firing on all cylinders against the Coulee Region Chill, and when the final buzzer sounded Bobcats emerged with a 6-1 win. Bismarck's Bryan Nies was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 28 saves and let only one puck past him. The Bobcats' offense was sparked by Patrick Moore, as he ended with four assists in a victory against Coulee Region. Bismarck managed to stay out of the box better than usual, finishing with one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Bobcats finished below its season average of 15.0 penalty minutes per game. Bismarck outdid its season average for goals scored. The Bobcats have scored at the pace of 2.4 goals per game during the current campaign. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals. By firing 44 shots on goal, Bismarck exceeded the 25.9 shots it averages per game this year. Bismarck additionally got points from Joe Giordano, who also registered one goal and one assist. Bismarck also got a goal from Levi Blom as well.
