Lansing Capitals 18U and Anaheim Jr. Ducks 18U were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Lansing Capitals 18U made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-3.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Trenton Kulczyk secured the win for Lansing Capitals 18U with a goal in the third period.

Ian Wiljanen also scored for Lansing Capitals 18U. More assists for Lansing Capitals 18U came via Theodore Waddell, Brad Reitter, Conor Durgan, Camren Jorgensen, and Erik Brown, who contributed one a piece.
