Lansing Capitals 18U uses shootout to best Pittsburgh Viper Stars 18U, 3-2

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Lansing Capitals 18U defeated Pittsburgh Viper Stars 18U in a shootout 3-2.

The shootout lasted for 10 attempts between the teams.

Lansing Capitals 18U overcame a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. Lansing Capitals 18U was down 2-0 after a goal by Pittsburgh Viper Stars 18U's Patrick Hunter at 8:04 in the first period.
