Texas Tornado 16U outlasts Atlanta Fire 16U, 3-2

Texas Tornado 16U and Atlanta Fire 16U were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Texas Tornado 16U made the most of its opportunities and won, 3-2.

Neither team gained more than a one-goal lead, and Patric Fun's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

Texas Tornado 16U was sparked by Fun, who grabbed one goal. Fun scored 12:10 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Texas Tornado 16U. James Distefano picked up the assist.
