San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U's McLellan deadly on offense in 7-2 win against Phoenix Firebirds 16U

San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U relied on the scoring touch of Tyson McLellan, who netted two goals, to beat Phoenix Firebirds 16U, 7-2.

McLellan found the back of the net on the power play 1:34 into the second period to make the score 1-0 San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U and again while 7:42 into the second to make the score 2-1 San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U's penalty kill excelled, as San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U gave up zero goals despite allowing eight power plays.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U stifled Phoenix Firebirds 16U's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
