Wenatchee Wild 16U holds on for 6-4 win against Pikes Peak Miners 16U

Pikes Peak Miners 16U tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but Wenatchee Wild 16U would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 6-4.

A goal by Chris Koukis put Wenatchee Wild 16U up 6-3 in the third period, but Pikes Peak Miners 16U pulled to within two on Jackson York's tally 15:38 into the third period.

Duncan Cochrane had a great game for Wenatchee Wild 16U, netting two goals. Cochrane's tallies came at 1:43 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Wenatchee Wild 16U and 1:17 into the third to make the score 5-3 Wenatchee Wild 16U.
