Ray Twinney Rink 1    Thu, Feb 21, 2013

The Kingston Voyageurs gutted out a close 3-2 win against the Newmarket Hurricanes.

The Hurricanes forced the Voyageurs goalie Charlie Finn to work between the pipes, taking 41 shots.

Newmarket was led by Brandon Francisco, who grabbed two goals. Francisco scored the first of his two goals at 9:22 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Jacob Piltzmaker picked up the assist.
