Alex Botten was all over the ice for the Georgetown Raiders, as he tallied two goals and three assists in Georgetown's 8-3 win over the Orangeville Flyers. Botten scored at 8:48 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and again while 14:51 into the second to make the score 4-3 Georgetown.The Raiders forced Orangeville goalie Bo Bessette to work between the pipes, taking 40 shots. Georgetown bested its season scoring average. This season, the Raiders average 4.0 goals per contest. Georgetown also got points from Anthony Marra, who also registered one goal and five assists and Jacob Bauchman, who also had two goals and four assists to lead the team in points. Others who scored for Georgetown included Danylo Znaczko AP, who had one and Steve Hladin, who had two. More assists for Georgetown came via Brendan Woods, Nick Perruccio, and Phil Kiss, who each chipped in one. Keegan Wilson recorded 24 saves for Georgetown. The Raiders incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. The Flyers' Bessette stopped 32 shots out of the 40 that he faced. Orangeville incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
