The Aurora Tigers had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over the Pickering Panthers.

Aurora was led by Adam DiBrina, who had one goal and one assist. DiBrina scored 8:48 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Aurora. Daniel Clairmont assisted on the tally.

In the losing effort, Pickering was sparked by Jeff Heard, who registered two goals. Heard scored the first of his two goals at 6:14 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Aurora.
