Nathan Renouf had one goal and four assists to lead the Oakville Blades to an 11-5 victory over the Hamilton Red Wings.

Renouf got on the board by slotting home a short handed goal 14:49 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Oakville. Oakville played down a man on Greg Campbell's cross checking. Jonah Renouf assisted on the tally. Renouf dished an assist on Eli Berg's goal that made the score 2-1 Oakville at 12:12 into the first period. He then added assists on Renouf's goal at 18:29 into the first, on Zach Berg's goal at 7:08 into the second, and on Kyle Jenkins' goal at 18:13 into the third.

The Blades' starting goalie, Spencer Bacon, made 22 saves and finished with the win before he was taken out in favor of Evan Buitenhuis, who stopped two shots.
