Ludlow Harris netted a hat trick to lead the Kingston Voyageurs over the Lindsay Muskies, 4-3. Harris notched his first tally 5:04 into the first period. He then added goals at 1:18 into the second and at 8:36 into the third.Kingston kept Lindsay's goalie busy throughout the game, and Tanner Davis made 43 saves on 47 shots. Brian Nanne also scored for Kingston. More assists for Kingston came via Chad Duchesne, Kris Grant, Brandon O Quinn, and David Quesnele, who each chipped in one and Aidan Wright and Michael Schug, who contributed two a piece. The Muskies forced the Voyageurs goalie Charlie Finn to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots. Lindsay was led by Jake Taylor, who finished with two goals. Taylor scored the first of his two goals at 4:33 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Brian Hubers assisted on the tally. Taylor's next tally made the score 3-2 Kingston with 4:29 left in the second period. The Muskies had gained a power play chance when Alex Tonge was whistled for high sticking. Louis-David Bourgault picked up the assist. Lindsay also got a goal from Patrick Thornton as well. In addition, Lindsay received assists from Vince Herlihey, Felix Chamberland, and Dean Klomp, who each chipped in one. Charlie Finn made 31 saves for Kingston on 34 shots. The Voyageurs totaled nine minutes in penalty time with two minors and one major and went 1-for-4 on the power play. Kingston ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Michael Casale was ejected from the game. Lindsay totaled 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 2-for-2 on the power play. For the Muskies, Bryce Sweeting was ejected from the game.
