Troy Josephs had two goals to lead the St. Michaels Buzzers to a 3-1 victory over the Georgetown Raiders. Josephs' tallies came at 5:39 into the second period to make the score 1-0 St. Michaels and on the power play 4:26 into the third to make the score 2-1 St. Michaels.St. Michaels was led by goalie Adrian Ignagni, who finished with 33 saves while allowing one goal. Ignagni managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 2.47 prior to the game. The Buzzers forced Georgetown goalie Daniel Mannella to work between the pipes, taking 48 shots. St. Michaels also got a goal from CJ Shugart as well. In addition, St. Michaels received assists from Jared Walsh, Michael Neville, Jake Evans, Joseph Berton, and Patrick McCarron, who each chipped in one. The Raiders' offense operated below they season average. Georgetown puts an average of 3.2 pucks into the net per game. The Raiders' offense rang up 34 shots on St. Michaels' net. Georgetown was led by Thomas Welsh, who scored the team's only goal. Welsh scored on the power play 10:13 into the second period to make the score 1-1.
