Gabe Grunwald recorded a shutout against the Mississauga Chargers as the Georgetown Raiders picked up a 3-0 win. Georgetown's penalty kill excelled, as the Raiders gave up zero goals despite allowing seven power plays. Georgetown was led by Riley Dunda, who racked up one goal. Dunda scored 6:49 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Georgetown. Brendan Jacome picked up the assist. The Raiders stifled Mississauga's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Georgetown's defensive play was more effective than usual against the Chargers. The Raiders average 2.8 goals allowed per game. Georgetown forced Mississauga goalie Austin Washkurak to work between the pipes, taking 39 shots.
