David Segal scored the go-ahead goal in the first period, and the Knoxville Ice Bears held off the challenges of the Fayetteville FireAntz in a tough 3-1 win.

Segal had two goals to lead the Ice Bears to victory.

Eric Satim also scored for Knoxville. More assists for Knoxville came via Jon Higgins, who had two and Tyler Fernandez and Matt Pierce, who each chipped in one.
