Mississippi RiverKings took a 4-2 lead during the second period, only to have Huntsville storm back on a Kyle Laughlin goal 8:03 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

Mississippi RiverKings was paced by Darrell Stoddard, who registered one goal. Stoddard scored 11:55 into the second period to make the score Mississippi RiverKings. Steven Kaunisto picked up the assist.
