Steve Christie recorded a shutout against Mississippi Surge as the Pensacola Ice Flyers picked up a 2-0 win. Mississippi Surge's power play was ineffective against Pensacola's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded. The Ice Flyers were led by Jeremy Gates, who registered one goal.
