Power's big game bests Boston Bandits in 4-2 Bay State win

Behind a great game by Bradley Power, who had two goals and two assists, the Bay State Breakers defeated Boston Bandits, 4-2.

Power found the back of the net 11:39 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Bay State and again while 19:33 into the third to make the score 4-2 Bay State.

Bay State's offense rang up 33 shots on Boston Bandits' net.

Bay State also got points from Gavin Yates, who also grabbed one goal and two assists and Ryan ODonnell, who also tallied one goal and two assists. More assists for Bay State came via Alex Soviero and Dan Gibbons, who contributed one a piece.

Boston Bandits did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. Boston Bandits puts an average of 4.7 pucks into the net per game. Boston Bandits kept the Breakers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Redmund Hunt made 53 saves on 55 shots.

Boston Bandits was helped by Aharon Lara, who racked up one goal. Lara scored 7:04 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Boston Bandits. John Malewicz assisted on the tally. Connor Sweeney also scored for Boston Bandits. Other players who recorded assists for Boston Bandits were Connor Court, Connor Wiggins, and Thomas Daniels, who each chipped in one.

Bay State incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Ryan McCarthy made 29 saves for Boston Bandits on 32 shots. Boston Bandits incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
